Returns and Refunds 

If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact us at orders@keshoume.com with your order number and the products you want to return for a refund.

We give each customer’s concerns individual attention and will provide you with the instructions for making your return or exchange. We accept returns on orders within 14 days of the order date. You may also email us at orders@keshoume.com for instructions or questions.

     1. Returned merchandise must be unused, in the condition that they arrived in, unopened and in their original packaging.
     2. We reserve the right to not accept damaged returns.

Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected by our team. You will be refunded the amount of your original order within 7-10 business days. Keshoume does not provide prepaid return shipping labels and is not responsible for returned shipping costs. 

Shipping

How can I track my order?
You will be receiving an email via our shipping partner, along with a tracking number. They will email you directly to advise you of your package status.

Do you offer free shipping?
YES! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Discount will be applied at checkout.

When will I get my package?
We use UPS as our carrier and all UPS Ground packages are guaranteed delivery within 1-5 business days. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, please reach out at orders@keshoume.com with your order number so we can further investigate. 

Note: There may be delays during the holidays due to high-demand. 

Do you ship to countries other than the U.S.?
At this time we are only selling within the U.S. Don't be disappointed! Once we expand, we would love to ship our products around the world!

LOCAL DELIVERY

How far do you do local delivery? 
Our office is located at 60625. Local delivery is only available within a 5 mile radius from us. 

How much do you charge for local delivery? 
There is a $5 delivery fee (thanks for helping out with gas!).

Do we have to be home to accept the package? 
Nope! If there is no answer at the door we will leave your package at a safe location.   

I would like to receive the package and not have it left anywhere. Can you arrange something? 
YES! If you'd like your package handed to you, as soon as you place your order, please e-mail us at orders@keshoume.com with your order number so we can inform the driver ahead of time.  

Is your company taking any precautionary measures against COVID-19? 
YES! For our customers safety and our safety, our driver will have a mask on and will be sanitizing the products prior to delivery.

Order Issues 

I have issues with my order. Who do I contact?
For order issues, please contact us at orders@keshoume.com. We do our best to respond to our customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays.

I have not received my order confirmation. Did my order go through?
We understand how important an email confirmation is for online orders. Please contact us at orders@keshoume.com if you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase.

I am missing an item. Where is it?
If you are missing an item, please contact us at orders@keshoume.com. Please check the packaging for any damages or any signs that it has been tampered with. Then, take photos of any damages, send us an email with the photos included, and we’ll deal with the rest.

 My order came damaged. What happens now?  
We want all our products to reach their destinations in perfect condition. If you order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@keshoume.com. Please attach pictures with your inquiry, as well as a description of the condition of how the package arrived. Please retain the product or package until the issue has been resolved.

I've received a faulty product.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at orders@keshoume.com so that we can assist you.

GIFT CARDS

Do you sell physical gift cards?
We do not send physical gift cards. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.  

Are there any additional processing fees? 
Our gift cards have no additional processing feeds. 

Do you offer discounts on gift cards? 
Gift cards will not be offered at a discounted rate, including sales. 

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card? 
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card. 

Can gift cards be reloaded? 
,No, you can't reload a gift card. 

How can I check the balance of my gift card? 
Customer's can't check their own gift card balance. Please reach out to us at orders@keshoume.com so that we can assist you. 

How long are the gift cards valid for? 
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and can only be redeemed on the store it was purchased from (https://keshoume.com/).

I would love to contribute to your beauty profile! How can I help?
We appreciate you being of wonderful help to be a part of the Keshoume community! If you'd like to provide honest feedback on products, please contact us at blog@keshoume.com. The more detailed the better. If you are using facial products, please identify your skin type (oily, combination, dry, etc); and for hair products, your hair type (coarse, curly, straight, etc). If you can send us before and after pictures that's even better!

Do you post all feedback?
It depends. If you are a person who is open to trying new products on your journey to find your perfect routine, YES your opinion matters. We would love to hear from you. It’s all positivity and support here, so let’s keep any negativity and drama far away from the Keshoume community.

What's the whole purpose of having beauty profiles?
To bring a diverse community of people together to share and receive honest feedback. Technically, you could look at posts as "reviews," but more interactive. Why? Because we want people to be specific and helpful to others to form, well, a community!

So if you're organizing beauty profiles, are you a Dr. who specializes in skincare?
NO! We are in no way dermatologists or hair specialists or any -ist! We are just a company who wants people to help each other by giving feedback.

Do you give any special discounts or give special treatments to beauty gurus?
YES! We need people to market our products, and the Keshoume brand! If you are an influencer (Youtube star, Instagram Famous, make-up professional, skin professional), please contact us directly at blog@keshoume.com so that we could get this all set up for you!
